Unibind Systems Are Long Term Systems

When ESS (Equipment Sales and Service) first started selling the Unibind System, we thought we'd enter into the scene the same way we had with other thermal binding systems.  We sell the equipment and the supplies, and make a few bucks by servicing the machines when they break.  But with the Unibind System, we quickly discovered that the service department was going to take a major hit.  As a matter of fact, we've all but eliminated our service department, for one reason and one reason only: Unibind Systems don't need service.

We've been selling Unibind both locally and online for years now, and so far, in all of that time, we've had only one person call and ask about a broken machine.

The Unibind way of making a product is completely foreign to some of the cheaper, made-in-China thermal binding systems.  Unibind makes their system to last... not just for a few years, but for decades.

And their commitment to excellence doesn't stop with the equipment itself.  The spines, the covers, and even the resin used to hold it all together is of the very highest quality.  Why?  Because Unibind doesn't look for a quick sale.  They want their customers to come back over and over again.  They want their customers to feel confident about the products, and never suffer the "buyer's remorse" one might get when purchasing online.

Because of this high standard, we've stopped selling any other binding equipment.  We only want to offer our customers the best, and the Unibind System (without any doubt) is the best.
